there was nothing in particular like an activity that we did in pe. we did alot of things and we learned something from the everything.
in pe everything is kind of like you have to participate to learn.
i know i have to actually play a game [[or try]] before i understand the rules or get a hang of it. i learned this when we would play basketball. i dont learn from just watching, i kind of have to be in it [[even though i was never, and still arent any good at basketball]].

i know because while i played it i learned the rules and i kind of understood the game better, and i actually got a couple plays right every now and then...

i learned best in this assignment by writing the vocabulary words over and over again. i know i learned best by this because after writing them they kind of tend to just stick in my mind. i know this because its been happening to me for my whole life. i write or listen to something over and over again and it just ends up sticking.

i communicate my understandings by doing really good on tests and keeping my spanihs average at an A. :] and yeah. i also participate in class and join in class discussions and say what i know, even though i tend to forget to raise my hand and wait to be called on.

i learned best in this assignment by thinking about the past and remembering those big old cameras they used to use for photography, how they have to be developed in a special room. and then i remembered today, when you can take a picture and print it like right afterwards if you have access to a printer.

i know this because i really got my thoughts out when i did this and i kind of already knew what i was doing and what i exactly had to do. i even finished this early,

i communicated my understandings by making a slide on it and then posting it on my blogger with all my thoughts on it and yeah..

math- 3D shapes

by doing this project it kinda of was like a hands-on-learning thing.
i could see the shapes and i knew what they looked like visually.
i could see and feel the edges, vertexes, and faces.
i showed my teacher that i didnt understand by asking her questions about how i put the shapes together and why the nets were the way they were.

i showed ms.garza i understood by putting the nets together and forming some of the 3D shapes on my own.

creating this "masterpiece" meant alot to me.
before creating it i had to do alot of brainstorming.
i had to look deep into my soul,
know my feelings,
and then put them down on paper.
i kind of wrote these little poetry lines down,
and then i had to draw a picture to match it.
this took alot of thinking,
and since im not the best artist,
this was kind of difficult for me.
i learned alot about myself,
i learned about my feelings,
and what i actually felt,
and i learned what i had to do in order to fix this feelings,
and not be depressed.
so this is all kind of like a social thing.

what i learned from writing this book report was that sometimes its better to be different, but in your attempts to be different may sometime lead you to following others and you won't be different at all, you'll be just like someone else [[who you would consider different]]. writing this book report had alot of social group conflicts. it was pretty funny how everybody had their own little "clique" and how just because you hung out with somebody you were considered to be someone else.

social studies: research project

we create things by wanting something. after we want something we make up our minds to do something about it and possibly create an invention to help us achieve our desires. the consequences to phsychiatry is helping the mentally retarded and the depressed. i learned from doing this research project, because as much as i had thought of it before, i had never really thought of these people very much in my opinion. i guess i thought of it, but before i never had really gone through anything in order to relate to them. the consequences of psychology is to help the mentally ill and the depressed because they are human even though they have these disorders and they still have to live and be treated like everyone else.
